We waterproof balconies, terraces, foundations, exterior walls, and parking garage decks throughout South Florida. Any horizontal or vertical concrete or masonry surface exposed to water intrusion is within our scope.

Yes. We are certified applicators of Tremco (Vulkem, Dymonic, TREMproof, Spectrem), Sika (Sarnafil, Sikagard, Sikaflex, SikaTop) and Alchemo (crystalline, cementitious and injection systems).

How long does a waterproofing system last?

Accepted Answer

Properly installed Tremco and Sika membrane systems carry 10–20 year manufacturer warranties. Alchemo crystalline treatments become permanent once cured into the concrete.
